The Global Summit on the Future of Hospitality has confirmed the participation of the first 50 senior leaders from the hospitality and tourism sectors as keynote speakers. The summit will take place at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, from October 27 to 29, 2025.
As the region’s premier hospitality investment platform, the summit will host a distinguished lineup of global experts, thought leaders, and professionals from related fields such as tourism, media, education, and innovation.
This year’s theme, “Where Vision Drives Growth, Investment Follows”, underscores the importance of strategic foresight in shaping future investments in the sector. The speaker list is updated continuously and is available via the summit’s official website.
Jonathan Worsley, Chairman of The Bench—the summit organizer—stated that preparations are well underway: “Although we’re three months out, hundreds of executives have already registered, and we’re excited to unveil the first group of confirmed speakers for the region’s most influential hospitality investment summit.”
The 2025 edition is expected to welcome over 1,600 delegates, offering a comprehensive agenda across three main stages, along with dedicated spaces for workshops and interactive dialogues.
The summit will address key topics including investment, innovation, sustainability, talent, technology, and tourism trends. Sessions will range from keynote addresses and panel discussions to roundtables and interactive presentations.
A key highlight this year is the return of “Country Pavilions”, showcasing investment opportunities from China, Italy, the Maldives, the Philippines, and others. Additionally, the Branded Residences Forum returns, spotlighting the rapid global growth of this segment with expert insights and debates.
