In a special episode of “Money Secrets” Podcast hosted by economic content creator Ahmed Elgamal, Bader Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, highlighted the company’s strategic transformation from a traditional fuel provider to a leading player in energy and integrated services.
Al Lamki explained that the company’s slogan, “Energy for Life’s Journey”, reflects its broader role in people’s everyday lives. ADNOC Distribution has expanded beyond fuel retailing to become a destination offering a comprehensive range of services, including food and beverages, premium coffee, car washes, and electric vehicle charging, alongside strategic partnerships such as its collaboration with Noon, the leading e-commerce platform.
He noted that ADNOC Rewards, the company’s customer loyalty program, now serves more than 2.5 million members, underlining the company’s focus on customer experience and delivering added value that strengthens long-term loyalty.
On the financial front, Al Lamki revealed that ADNOC Distribution achieved profit growth of over 12% in the first half of 2025, exceeding analysts’ expectations for the second consecutive quarter. He also recalled a key milestone reached in 2023, when the company delivered its first strategic target of USD 1 billion in annual earnings. This foundation now supports a new phase of expansion.
Looking ahead, Al Lamki emphasized that the next five-year plan will focus on strengthening operations in the UAE, while also expanding into regional markets such as Saudi Arabia and Egypt. At the same time, ADNOC Distribution is preparing for the energy transition by investing in future-oriented solutions, including biofuels, hydrogen, and EV charging infrastructure.
He concluded by noting that the company’s strategy is built on innovation and prudent investment, backed by a solid financial position and strong liquidity that enables both organic growth and acquisitions. Above all, Al Lamki highlighted that the company’s success continues to be driven by customer trust and support, positioning ADNOC Distribution as a leading energy and mobility services provider regionally and internationally.
