Strengthening Bilateral Ties
Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, participated in the Burkina Faso Investment Forum held in Abu Dhabi. The event welcomed a high-level delegation led by Karamoko Jean Marie Traoré, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Cooperation, and Burkinabe Abroad, alongside ministers and senior advisors from Burkina Faso.

During the forum, Sheikh Shakhboot conveyed greetings from Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, to Minister Traoré. He expressed best wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the government and people of Burkina Faso.

Sheikh Shakhboot praised the steady development of UAE–Burkina Faso relations over recent years. He stressed the importance of the forum as a platform to boost economic, trade, and investment cooperation. He also highlighted the value of identifying joint development opportunities that benefit both nations.
