EHC Investment, through its safety arm Emirates International Fire Fighting Equipment (FIREX), has fully acquired Tamouh, a leading fire protection solutions provider in Abu Dhabi.
This strategic acquisition reflects EHC’s commitment to enhancing the UAE’s national safety infrastructure, expanding its presence in key sectors, and driving innovation in fire prevention services across the region.
Tamouh is renowned for its deep expertise and diverse portfolio in fire safety, offering end-to-end solutions including system design, installation, maintenance, and emergency response. Its trusted reputation spans residential, commercial, and government clients.
By consistently adopting global standards and advanced technologies, Tamouh has earned a strong foothold in Abu Dhabi’s safety landscape.
Ali Al Gebely, Managing Director of EHC, stated that the acquisition aligns with the UAE’s national development vision. He emphasized EHC’s ambition to raise industry standards, modernize safety infrastructure, and deliver reliable protection tailored to community needs.
The move strengthens EHC’s service offerings to over 100,000 clients—particularly in gas distribution—while enabling the integration of gas and fire protection systems with smart, unified solutions across residential and industrial sectors.
Through this acquisition, FIREX aims to reinforce national safety systems, boost competitiveness, improve emergency response, and build workforce capabilities. The company will also invest in technical training, digital solutions, and smart system integration to ensure Tamouh remains a technology and governance leader.
