ADNOC announced that its “In-Country Value (ICV) Program for the Industrial Sector” has contributed to providing 17,000 job opportunities for Emirati talents within its strategic private sector partners, highlighting the significant impact the program has made since its launch in 2018.
Eng. Salem Bafaraj, VP, In-Country Value (ICV) & Industrial Development at ADNOC Group, stated during the largest edition of the “Manufacturers Exhibition”, held for the first time as part of the fourth “Make it in the Emirates” forum, that ADNOC is committed to training and empowering UAE nationals in line with the leadership’s vision to invest in young Emirati talent; refining their skills and developing their capabilities.
On the sidelines of “Make it in the Emirates”, Bafaraj noted: “Today, we witnessed strong turnout from skilled Emiratis, which confirms their passion and interest in contributing to the energy and industrial sectors, and their eagerness to explore job opportunities presented at the Manufacturers Exhibition.”
He praised the positive engagement from attendees and expressed his aspiration to continue supporting Emirati youth toward promising careers aligned with the leadership’s vision of national talent empowerment across vital sectors.
