The Dubai Land Department (DLD) announced outstanding results achieved through its “Real Estate Advertisement Governance Platform,” enhanced with artificial intelligence technologies. The platform was launched during GITEX 2024 as part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to enhance transparency and credibility in the real estate market.
The Department explained that, since its launch, the platform has monitored more than 279,000 real estate advertisements across major marketing platforms such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut. Approximately 29% of these advertisements were automatically modified using AI technologies to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved standards.
Ali Abdullah Al Ali, Director of the Real Estate Control Department at the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), affirmed that these achievements reflect the Department’s commitment to adopting cutting-edge digital solutions to regulate the real estate market and strengthen investor and customer confidence. He noted that the Advertisement Governance Platform serves as a strategic tool for daily and effective market monitoring, ensuring advertisements comply with the approved regulatory frameworks.
Al Ali added that leveraging artificial intelligence has significantly enhanced the speed and precision of market oversight, aligning with the visionary leadership’s goal of positioning Dubai as a global hub for smart and sustainable real estate.
These efforts coincide with “Dubai AI Week,” held from April 21 to 25, where various government entities showcased their latest innovations in this vital field.
Additionally, the Dubai Land Department launched the “Madmoon” service through its “Trakheesi” system, which provides a QR code for each approved real estate advertisement. This feature enables users to instantly verify the authenticity of property listings across different platforms, further strengthening the governance of real estate advertising content in the emirate.
