Alpha Dhabi Holding has posted strong financial results for the period ending 31 March 2025, with adjusted EBITDA rising to AED 4.4 billion—a 33% increase compared to the same period last year. The group’s revenue reached AED 17.4 billion, up 23% year-on-year, reflecting the strength and diversity of its portfolio and its consistent track record of sustainable growth.
Net profit stood at AED 2.1 billion, while total assets reached AED 185.2 billion and total equity amounted to AED 93.5 billion, underscoring the group’s robust financial position and strategic readiness for further geographic expansion and acquisitions.
Key sector contributions to revenue included AED 6.4 billion from real estate, AED 6.2 billion from industry, AED 2.7 billion from construction, and AED 2.1 billion from services and other sectors.
Chairman H.E. Mohamed Thani Al Rumaithi stated that Alpha Dhabi began 2025 with strong momentum and a clear growth strategy, seizing strategic opportunities that deliver tangible impact and long-term value. He emphasized that the Q1 results reflect this momentum across future-focused sectors and markets.
Group Managing Director and CEO Eng. Hamad Al Ameri added that the Q1 results highlight the strength of Alpha Dhabi’s investment strategy, which focuses on capitalizing on economic, population, and technological trends while building resilient, sustainable business models that diversify revenue and drive long-term growth.
