Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has launched the first-of-its-kind virtual service in the real estate sector, enabling the completion of property sales, purchases, mortgage release, and mortgage registration through a single digital platform that brings together all relevant parties in a secure online environment.
The service aims to enhance the user experience by allowing transactions to be completed remotely, eliminating the need for physical presence or traditional paperwork. This reduces processing time and increases efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
The service was developed through ADGM’s digital platform, AccessRP, in collaboration with Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), ADGM’s strategic partner in real estate services. The platform offers a comprehensive package of services, including property sales and purchases, mortgage services, and off-plan project transactions.
Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, CEO of ADGM Registration Authority, stated that this initiative marks a significant step forward in simplifying business processes and enhancing customer experience in the real estate sector, in line with the demands of the modern digital economy.
