The 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS), organized by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), concluded with strong participation from investors, decision-makers, and real estate professionals from across the UAE and the world.

The event welcomed over 30,000 visitors from 174 countries, highlighting its status as a premier international platform that brings together key players in the real estate sector. More than 300 local and international exhibitors participated, representing countries including the United States, China, Greece, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain—opening doors for global collaboration and investment opportunities.

IPS featured over 100 dialogue sessions and workshops, led by 261 speakers and experts who showcased the latest real estate innovations, solutions, and services while sharing global best practices in property registration and documentation.

Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD and Chairman of the IPS Organizing Committee, affirmed that the exhibition reflects Dubai’s commitment to strengthening its position as a global real estate hub through a transparent and integrated regulatory environment that supports sustainable growth.

The event also included the participation of DLD officials in the Chinese conference held on the final day of the expo. Key initiatives were highlighted to attract Chinese investors, including Dubai’s Real Estate Strategy 2033, the “RAYIS” initiative, and the Smart Rent Index. Presentations were delivered by Dr. Mahmoud Al Burai, Director of Real Estate Policy and Innovation; Maryam Karamstaji, Head of Jointly Owned Properties Regulation; and Yehya Badawi, Head of Lease Registration Assurance, showcasing Dubai’s investor-friendly environment and ongoing efforts to boost governance and transparency.
