The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HRE Development during its participation in the International Property Show in Dubai. The initiative aims to empower women and expand their contribution to the real estate sector as key partners in the journey toward sustainable economic development.
This partnership aligns with the “Women’s Pledge” initiative launched by DLD earlier this year during the “She is Leadership” event, which includes a series of specialized programs and initiatives designed to increase the representation of women in senior positions across real estate companies and brokerage firms.
The agreement reflects a shared vision between both parties to support Emirati and resident women and strengthen their presence across various areas of the real estate industry—whether as investors, leaders, or active brokers. As part of the partnership, HRE will lead media and community campaigns to highlight inspiring success stories of women in the sector.
Majda Ali Rashid, CEO of the Real Estate Development Sector at DLD, expressed her appreciation for the valuable strategic partnership with HRE Development, emphasizing that empowering women is a core objective. She added that this initiative aligns with DLD’s firm commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for women, encouraging their active participation as essential contributors to the growth and prosperity of the real estate sector and the national economy as a whole.
